I got a great deal on a hotel through jet setter. It was normally a $280 room that I got for$175. The week before our trip, I got an email saying that the hotel was overbooked and I could either book for another weekend, not an option since we had plane tix and childcare lined up, move to a comparable hotel, or get a full refund. The problem was that the comparable hotel was not at all comparable. When I went online to check rates, I found that I could book the room for only $25 more than jetsetter's rate. Icustomers customer service agent and explained that I booked through jet setter because I saved over $100, not $25 and asked if other hotels were available. The answer was no, with no apologies or offer to make it right So stressful having to deal with this 5 days before our trip! The only good part was at least they gave a full refund.
