I booked this hotel by random on Expedia Unpublished Rates Hotels who rates this hotel a 4 star resort. I book for 4 nights but this hotel "resort " is not good for my me and my family's health that we just went home after the 1st night and was more happier with the decision.
Checking in was fast cause there was none dumber than me. The slow elevator was hot as whatever temp. Is outside like 107 degrees.
The room is big with low ceiling, dark carpet and a musty moldy dusty smell inside. The room is not well lighted for I don't know why, and finally the sofa that's good for your pets and not kids.
The AIRCON FILTERS located above the room door is 1/2- 1 inch full of dust, which will blow the air your going to breath the whole time you're in the room.
And to top it all they have a 15 dollars resort fee and 15 dollars parking fee, which is comparable to vdara or bellagio hotel of las vegas, what a joke right!
I tried to get a refund cause I used only one night of 4 but the hotel said that the deal was final due to the expedia unpublished sale deal, WARNING DON'T DO THIS TYPE OF DEAL CAUSE IT'S LIKE A SCAM, whatever happens they'll never give your money back.
