This hotel has a scam going. They will book you a room and when you arrive, they will charge your credit card, but then tell you that they are over-booked and that they will put you up in another hotel. I had reserved a 2 bedroom suite at this hotel and they tried to move me to a one room hotel room down the street for the same rate. I told the hotel that this was unacceptable and they agreed to refund the charge to my credit card and they I could book directly else where.
After I noticed that I did not receive the refund, I called them several times to try to resolve the situation. They refused to refund my money and stated that the other hotel still charged them, which I had no control over. I was treated very rude and the Manager of the hotel told me that there was nothing he could do and hung up on me several times.
The WORST customer service I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!
Do NOT book at this hotel!!!
