I booked a stay through JetSetter for a stay at The Signature MGM Grand. The property owner is Luxury Hotels Internatioal. When you book through this company - MGM Grand takes no responsibilty for anything that happens and you have to go through JetSetter or LHI. An unknown woman used a key to come into my room without a call, a knock on the door and without any warning. My mother was in the room at the time and she could have been in the shower, bathtub or restroom when this woman just walked in. I submitted a complaint to JetSetter and LHI. My complaint was totally ignored and both company's lied about what happened to protect their interests and so they would not be responsible for what happened. A manager named Jeff hung up on me, a JetSetter representative named Corey accused my mother of being a liar and nobody would admit that they made a big mistake. The woman who entered the room even admitted she made a mistake and then lied about it to her company. Whatever you do - NEVER BOOK A HOTEL stay with these people. The hotel will not help you and you have no choice but to deal with JetSetter or LHI and they take no responsibility at all and are very rude. When you book with them you open yourself up to people coming into your room without warning or authorization and you also open yourself up to the possibility of being robbed if they come in and you are not present. I was also promised VIP access club tickets that I was never given. It is my responsibility to warn the public about unethical companies like this. If possible book through the actual hotel.
