I booked travel on Jetsetter for the Surrey Hotel in NY. On their site it said the room fee was $591/night. When I booked, the order summary showed $695/night. After complaining I discovered the difference was that they hid from view the fees and taxes in their summary. The way they represented their billing details was incredibly misleading and they did not offer any benefit over purchasing directly from the Surrey Hotel site. Rather than addressing the issue the company simply responded that they considered the issue closed. It was an incredibly disappointing experience, and with the many choices in where I could book travel these days, I will never use them again.
