THey rebooked a flight for me. When I got to the airport there was NO Flight for me. I ended MISSING my flight, will standing at the counter 2.5 hours on the phone with Expecia. They told me the rep did not complete the change correctly. So my business partner had to fly hours ahead of me.
THEN on the return flight they did not heve my business parner down for a FLIGHT, even tho we had the itinerary. The rep MESSED THAT UP when he rescheduled my flight! Again OVER 2 hours ont he phone while at airport counter! Tehn 3 more total hours on the ohone once home to get compinsated. Thier idea of resloving it? A $200 voucher.
