My flight from Williamsport, PA to Orlando last October was delayed by over five hours. I complained to US Air and got a $250 voucher for a future flight. I used it to book a flight, but had to change my plans. When I changed my flight, I was told that I couldn't transfer the $250 voucher to the new flight because I already used it. Huh?
Just another way the airlines are ripping off their customers.
