Recently, my boyfriend and I flew to Boston for a convention. The flight to Cleveland was delayed and out flight to Boston was leaving the gate when we landed. We missed that flight and had to wait three hours for a connecting flight. On our return flight back to Atlanta, we were informed that it was cancelled by the agent in Cleveland and had to book another flight with a 2 1/2 hour layover in Philadelphia. We finally made it home at 6pm 7/19 instead of 4pm, the flight was terrible, and when I called today to find out what happened, the agent could not give me a satisfactory answer. I had flown with United before and have never had such a terrible flight.
