I wish that I had checked these reviews first before I completed my booking with otel.com. Please avoid like the plague... I made a booking last saturday they took money off my card straight away, a couple of pounds more than quoted, they said it was exchange rate difference. I got an email confirming the booking witn ticket number and also trackning number. 2 days later then sent me email to say could not honar hotel, was fully booked. Though when booking it stated had the vacancy. Was a good price about £200.00 cheaper then anywhere else... Can see why now... They said the money will be released back to my account with not given any estimated date. It has now taken 1 week and the money has not yet gone back onto my account.in this time all the offers that were on with other companies had then gone up in price, double or 3 times. I have called them twice with no furtehr result except unacceptable excuses. Do not use them. This is for sure a scam compnay and website.
