Even though the customer service guy the first time I rode was a little sarcastic I actually couldn't be happier. The driver, I believe named Dave, who operates 1679 was an absolute comedian and made me feel really safe while riding from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg. I noticed my trip back is going to be the same bus number and hope the same driver, that guy deserves a bonus for being so nice. He runs down the list of things not to smoke and informs everyone not to swear even if talking to themselves (lol!). I got left by a megabus in Harrisburg because I didn't know where the stop was in the mall parking lot, and the staff at Greyhound this morning informed me I would have just needed to pay a small extra fee if I missed my bus. I like the terminals and the ticketing people have been great. I am really happy with the service and look forward to riding the trip from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg and back with Greyhound in the future.
