I've go through the cost promise provided by hotels.com. For my sensation, hotels.com the same as "cheating" its clients. I cope with them prior to the T&D of the cost guarantee. But, they state that my scheduling is non refundable scheduling so it's not underneath the range of the cost guarantee.
However, I've go through the T&D of the cost guarantee. There's no text about "non refundable" scheduling. I create a criticism to them plus they weren't prepared to manage and never respond at e-mail quickly (20 times no reaction from them despite repeated indication for them)
Therefore, their support is extremely poor and also the promise is like garbage.
