Made a reservation through Orbitz, but found a lower rate on the same Hotel's web site for the same day. Asked their customer service and they said they would "review" the price. This was only to delay my cancelling as the reviewer said it didn't qualify after we got back. If you read their guarantee closely, he's correct. Orbitz only guarantees prices made through THEIR web site! As they control the site, guess how often you get money back! The Hotel even showed me the cheaper rate was what I was paying, Orbitz just marked it up 20%! Avoid at all costs and go to sites that actually have a guarantee.
