Misconduct & Threats to Call Police

First I would start with by saying US Airways as one of the worst airlines currently. I am supposed to travel to Oakland from Houston on Feb'27th, and the flight was delayed for few mins in Houston itself (it took off 6:25 instead of 5:59AM), then it arrived at 7:55 (over 8 mins late). US Airways has got me the connecting flight at 8:17AM (like 30 mins after my Houston flight arrival). I would expect gate agents or some crew members try to help at the arrival point. As soon as I got off the flight, I checked with Gate agent, if I can be aple to make the connecting flight which is Gate B19. She said I can make it. It is almost 2 miles away from the Gate I arrived (A26). After lot of jogging and running over the walkers, I reached there at 8:09AM (8 mins before the scheduled departure). They closed the gate saying we are late. I assumed US airways will know about my status, that I am on the Houston flight and I would be catching this flight.

The bottom line is they sold my seat to someone else, not sure how much the worth. I went to customer service, requesting for the change of flight (to Oakland or SFO). I was amazed by the rude behavior of the agent there. I requested her to check if she can get me a confirmed seat on the next SFO flight (A 26 departure 8:45AM). She said I will have to go all the way to that gate to check with the agent to find the seat, it was ridiculous. I requested her to check on the intercomm, she sais she can't do it and threatened me saying that she will call POLICE! Did i do any mistake of raising my voice for no fault of mine? Then I asked her if she can call the manager. The manager came after cool 5 mins gap (LISA), then she put me on that 8:45 SFO flight and called the Electric car to take me to the gate (which is 2 miles away). I thought I would make that file. I arrived there at 8:36 (I thought Lisa would inform the gate agent that I am arriving in the next couple of mins, they closed the gate one me again).

See I am shuttling here between these gates with your rude agents and staff. There was no one at this gate and someone came after cool 5 mins, to inform that I am late. I thought I was sent by manager Lisa, but again I was not allowed to enter the flight. This is utter ridiculous and waste of my time. Now they put me on 11:20 flight to SFO, not sure If I can make this flight because I believe US airways has one of the worst customer services in Airlines industry. They didn't offer me any complimentary access to club or anything which is again most ridiculous thing. Now, I lost three valuable hours of my work, it is very important for me to be in the office by 10AM SFO time. So, I thought of taking a daypass in AIrways club and they charged me $50 for it. With all these nonsense of my travel, I am assuming that I will not travel US Airways again in my life. Hopefully, you will change in future so other passengers may be get affected like me. I am going to complain this to BBB and other agencies.
