Waldorf Astoria
Missing Gold Chain

My name is Dr Malek and I was visiting the Waldorf Astoria in Orlando Florida hotel in preparation of a wedding reception we are scheduled to attend in the coming month. At the door of the hotel your valet of the name of "Christian" (as it reads on his badge) informed me that I could park right in front of the hotel since the visit will last for a short while provided I leave him the car key. I did exactly that and gave him the key for my Mercedes with an 18k gold chain. On my way back claiming back the key he returned it to me without the gold chain.

I filed a written report as your representative on the premises instructed and his name was given to me as (Rick) even though he was wearing a badge with the name of "Robert" on it. He promised to resolve the issue ASAP. I informed him that I was very disappointed and didn't expect to suffer such a deplorable experience at the Waldorf Astoria. I also expect that in sucha well renown facility, the cameras will provide the evidence needed to establish the veracity of the facts. The report date is 12/28, the car model is a Mercedes E-350. The General Manager of the hotel Mr John Carns expressed orally his reluctance to proceed with a fair restitution.
