Ripoff makes unauthorized withdrawals from you bank account after cancelling

We cancelled our account and they pulled money out of our bank account anyway. We called and cancelled again, got a cancellation number, and was told to write a letter to get a refund. We wrote a letter, then a week later they pulled money out of our account again. The first withdrawal was for $59.95 and the second withdrawal was for $49.95.
