I got my ticket online, going from Grand Junction CO to Iowa city IA, then the day for the trip arrived, i got there 30 minutes before departure at 12:55pm, bus arrived late and they overbooked the bus so they had use another bus to take us to Denver, we ended up leaving at 2:05pm, ONE HOUR LATER, so missed my connection in Denver and they send me trough another direction, I was told i would make my connections on time so i did not have to worry about that anymore, well they did not mentioned the bus taking me on this other route was already late, and I was suppose to arrive in Kansas city MO at 6:45am and we got there at 8:30AM 1:45 mins LATE, I had to be in a family reunion that day and they told me that I had to wait OVER 11 hours for the next bus, AT THAT MOMENT I JUST GAVE UP and headed over to avis to rent a car, on top of all that I send them an email to compliant about my trip and to request a refund, on the page it states that I was going to get a reply with a resolution and after 13 days I have not heard from them, I am not trying to make greyhound look bad but i just can't help to question why this kind of service, the buses were all full so it is not like they are not making money, their business is good, I just want to help to get this service better, a lot of people rely on it but it is time to make things right for the people that uses the service.
