First American Title Travel Agency used false advertisement to lure consumers into bait & switch tactics

On February 19 my husband & I attended a presentation at 110 Centre Blvd., Marlton, NJ 08053. My husband received a postcard in the mail from Travel Deals the message stated Complimentary 8 Day Cruise call for an appointment. He called for the appointment and thats how we were introduced to Carl Savage, Sales Manager and the staff of Travel Deals. The Regional Manager Phil asked all of the couples that showed up to go into the meeting room and take a sit, thats where he showed us the presentation. It was a total of 7 couples who attended the presentation and out of the 7 couples 6 of us purchased this vacation network. After the presentation was over every couple went into a different room with their Sales Managers. While in the room with Carl; we discussed the presentation and the great offers and benefits. Carl our Sales Manager asked do You have any questions? I then responded by saying I just want to be sure that we would save money by purchasing this vacation package. He said we would save a lot of money. I then explained the Phil stated during the presentation You can save between 22% to 85% on any vacation package when booked through Travel Deals. Thats when Carl went over all over all the details and disclosures of the vacation network. Also I asked Are we able to purchase the vacation network for the discounted price? Which Phil discuss with all of the couples during the presentation. Carl replied by saying Yes of course! Which meant the vacation network was discounted from $9995 to $4194, I thought it was a great deal so we purchase the vacation network for the total of $4493 which included the full price of the vacation network $4194 and the annual license fee for $299. After we purchase the network thats when we discussed the free cruise, Since you purchased the vacation network the 8 day cruise is now free stated Carl. He then wrote a notation at the bottom of the package which on the front cover said Reservations the notation read *Free cruise for two ask Phil for details He also told us to Redeem your free cruise first then use your vacation network afterwards. Said Carl So put your free cruise in as soon as possible to avoid any delays with your booking.in March my husband & I decided we wanted to redeem the free cruise for our honeymoon (at the time we were engaged) so I called Reservations a female representative answered, she then explained how to proceed with getting our free cruise. She told me to Send everything through certified mail, just so youll know when we received it. So the following day I send the document by certified mail my husband received the returned post card on March 7. I asked him to call them, which he did and someone told him to wait 2 weeks and we should be receiving something in the mail asking us to choose 2 port locations where we would like to dock from. At the time it was the beginning of April and we still havent heard from them, I called after the two week were over and a representative told me it could take up to 4 weeks so I emailed them at [email protected] on April 17 which was the fifth week I received a email from them the following day stating With the large volume of mail the processing department receives daily, it may take some time to process all activations. A reservation request form will be mailed once forms are processed. On April 29th I watched a news report on Reservations, on the news report I found out they have ripping off hundreds of consumers for years. Reservations has changed there name so many times to avoid detection the owner Daryl Turner has been suited for $2 million in the state of New Jersey but you really can't tell when this "snake in the grass" has a Mercedes, Range Rover and new Bentley in his driveway of his Cherry Hill resident. Anyone who lives in the tri-state area (Pennsylvania, New Jersey & Delaware) beware of a postcard offering a "Complimentary 8 day cruise" it's scam
