I went to a vacation club presentation and received certificates for a cruise and airfare, I needed to send in $498.00 for the cruise and $100.00 for airfare reservations. After they received my money they sent a form to schedule the cruise and airfare. I sent them in with dates, this was sent in around February with date in August and September as two choices were required. I called in May and asked for a status and the person informed me she would pass the message on, she informed me the usual time notified is 14 days prior to the travel date. I tried calling in July and found the number was out of service. However, I received another card to attend another presentation and I called them and was given an email address. I sent 5 emails and did not receive an answer. I then started calling the firm that had their number on the card. I called at least 4 times and was informed a supervisor would call me back, no call was received. Today I called again and was transferred to a supervisor and was given the number for the vacation club company that issued the cruise to me and was informed the company that took my money is out of business. The Number I was given was 877-394-1556, I spoke with a Joseph and he gave me a fax # 866-848-5901 and asked that I send in my paper work. This vacation club company still issues these complimentary cruises, how many more people are being scamed. The name of the vacation club was Travel Deals at 110 Center Blvd. Marlton, NJ
