I received a complimentary post card from CARNIVAL offering a 8 day cruise and stating to call within 48 hours. I called a spoke with a representative Gary Alford (Employee ID 1624) who told me about the 90 day promotional presentation being offered at the Holiday Inn in Fort Washington, Pa. 19034. I had to attend there with my spouse to pick-up my gift. The presentation was being done by Travel Deals Vacation. We attended on 1 June 11 at 1800 and stayed for the entire presentation as did everyone else present. We could not afford the travel plan being presented and wanted to get our free gift of a 8day cruise and 2 airline tickets. We had 21 days to send in the port charge calls and government taxes which we did. My money orders to Reservations were cashed on 20 June 11 and i have not received my cruise certificates nor airline certificates from Reservations. I have left numerous phone calls at the toll free numerous and wrote an e-mail to them. Nothing has been returned. We are out of $700.20
