You get a postcard that asks you to give them 2 hours of your time to hear their resort options. Just for coming you get a FREE cruise and air fare. When I filled out the paperwork it costs $99 each plus port fees and taxes. I priced the cruise they offered for $499 each (yes that was free) it was the same price. When you call in they ask which brochure you have. Well that determines the FREE. Obviously we did not take their vacation package. You have 30 days to get your $99 for each back and was told 2-4 weeks. After 5 months of constantly calling I was able to get it. RUN nothing is for free
