Purchasing two passes for the all u can jet promotion was truly a disaster for me. I will never fly jet blue again! They don't deserve my money or my business. There are no extenuating circumstances regarding missed flights and there should be. I understand that rules are rules. However, when there is a situation that occurs that is beyond our control, there should be something in place to address those issues instead of bilking the customers out of additional fees. The flight connections for the all you can jet promotion were ridiculous. Traveling all day to get to a destination is not convenient at all. The long layovers were also an inconvenience. It was not worth the time, money or price that I paid for the two passes. This company really has poor customer service, long wait times to speak with an agent, disrespectful and rude employees. Problems were not resolved in a tactful manner. No sympathy or empathy from this company. I actually overspent dealing with Jet Blue's flights. I lost a lot of time and money with my vacations with this promotion. I could have done much better dealing with Priceline. I'm truly disappointed.
