Fraud with reservations and customer service

I prepaid to get a resort reservation with Hotles.com by telephone. Upon birth towards the resort I had been informed the organization created unacceptable reservation for me personally and it'll not be recognized. I couldn't get my space. I had been requested to cover another space at higher level and also to stop my reservation. After I named Hotels.com client solutions at they stated they might not stop and after investing an hour or so about the telephone will me stated the point is splitting up plus they couldn't notice me any more. I named them again many times later at home. They stated they might not provide me a reimbursement despite the fact that they accepted my reservation wasn't approved from the resort. After I requested to get a supervisor, they stated the same, the telephone point was poor today plus they hungup.
