I arranged resort 4 areas through the resort standard site on 11/26/09 my sign in day is Dec3 and take a look at day is Dec8, after I created the reservation it straight visited Starwoodhotel.com with no touch. Our visitor transformed the journey day, then I named the resort to stop the reservation using the verification quantity in thier legitimate termination period. They move me to reservation or termination Dep. To stop my reservation, and offered me the two cacellation quantity. I actually donot understand if the resort procedure transferred my phone towards the hotel reservation dep. Or Starwood customer support to complete the termination. However they did not email me the termination to confrim it. After couple of days they charged me $861.47 for just one space per evening for " no-show" cause. I obtain reimbursement for that absurd cost in the resort, they stated they never got my cancelaltion demand the next space, they just stop 3 of the areas. Plus they I would like to cope with Starwood since I have created the reservation through them. Whilst the innocent target, I've never understand I dealed using the 3rd party prior to the situation occur, they did not consider thier responsbility for that error but charged the client.
I am so disppointment for that poor experiencement.
I truly have to prosecute them till I get my cash back. I ought to to not purchase thier error.
