Went to bed on 04/25, felt that something bit on my hip, turned on the lights and we found little bugs crawling on the bed and pillows. Went to the front desk and asked for a refund, clerk attempted to call manager but was not able too. Clerk offered us another room but we were so disgusted that we wanted to leave the hotel. We had booked the room with priceline, contacted them and they told us that they had to speak to the manager in the morning and that we would get out full refund. Went to the office in the morning to find out status, office mananger was there and in a rude way he told us that we were going to be refunded and he didnt evern bother with a apology. Nothing for the inconvenience, after we had to leave late in the night to to go to another hotel and we had to get up early in the morning. He stated that he wasnt going to reward us for this. And I told him that being bit by bed bugs was not a reward.
