Just before the XMASS of I paid for a room at the SUNSPREE RESORT with DOLLY PARTON'S name on the place!
We checked in and were shown a map of the room on the back side of the so called resort!
They tell me all ROOMS ARE BOOKED! The front desk person: JEWEL FOX sent us to ROOM 289! I unload the van and hear LOUD MUSIC FROM A LARGE ROOM!
I am shocked at the show going on in this room!
Over 100 persons are into some type of snake dance!
140.00 per night for this? Hell no!
We unload and move to our RESORT ROOM 289!
NO WAY! The Bathroom floor was sticky, From who knows what!
The carpet was super nasty! Smell of mold, hallway nasty!
I call the front desk, I am told they have no more rooms!
I told jewel fox to find one!
Her husband Richard Fox shows up and was the BEST PERSON OF ALL!
Give this guy more money!
Then out of the blue?
He says, Let me see what I can do!
He comes up with a room, UNREAL!
They move us to room 151! A SMOKING ROOM!
My wife finds a large blood stain on the bed covers!!!
The ac filters were full of dust and grime!
140.00 per night???
When you check in the pool is in the lobby area!
The resturant is under staffed! Avoid this place!
I still think I have some type of BUGS FROM THIS PLACE!
Do not go to gatlinburg, tn.!
It is the worst!
