Roberto Lovera, owner of Bongo Bus in Austin, TX charged hundreds of people $40 for a weekend of rides to and from a concert called Nocturnal Festival. On Saturday afternoon, however, he skipped town with everyones money and without providing the promised service. When questioned, he called my friend a "crazy b*tch" and refused to reimburse anyone.
