I bought a ticket then cancelled, cheapoair agreed to cancel my ticket with under $200 fee, I said ok I agreed, my ticket was to Africa so Over $1000, they charged my account then they said oh we will give it back to u!!! My? Is when? Ummm maybe 6 weeks or it could take even longer!!! Lol it took u few hours to take them from my bank! Also they charged me the fee before they take any steps to refund my money so now I paid over $1300 and didn't get any service from cheapoair. Should I call my bank for dispute or fraud? I was using onetravel.com I have been dealing with them for few years and never had any problem also I used orbitz few times and they were really good, this is the first and last time I EVER use cheap o air. Really I'm asking people, should I call my bank for dispute to fraud? How do I get my $1100 back? I can't wait 6 weeks it just doesn't make any sense... Do not use cheap o air i saw lots of negative feedback on them.
