I used Bongo personal shopper to purchase some electronic goods.
The money was deducted from my credit card very quickly and the order made.
2 weeks late there was still nothing in the inventory, so after countless emails i get the same response that the order is in between department and please be patience.
After 2 months of emails and asking what there refund policy is on incomplete orders i final am told i will get a refund.
Yet they don't refund me the full amount! I still get charged the personal shoppers fee and the transport fee to their facility on an order they lost.
First and last time! Beware people of Bongo International
