They send me and citation due a toll evasion at 9013-EHS-SB-2 doing some investigation I found that location was at San Diego CA and I havent being there for three years and even my car hasnt even being in that city at all.
They treat you with penalties if you do not pay in time and report you to the DMV.
Seems I am not the only one, so they rely in crappy cameras to do their work and they are just annoying honest citizens or they are a bunch or thieves.
They do not offer any online system to request an administrative review / investigation but they make you mail them a signed statement, proof of innocence and their stupid sheet, of course you have to pay certify mail and received confirmation to avoid get your mail lost, I had to spend more than $5.00 on this!!! MFOS
Please let me know how to make an official complain to the DMV.
