In February I received a notice that I had evaded paying a $4.50 toll on the South Bay Expressway on 1/27. Thinking that maybe I had unknowingly missed a toll and having gone to OC the month before I paid it plus a $60.00 penalty.
I just received a notice that again I evaded paying a $3.00 toll on the South Bay Expressway. This time I checked the time and date and know for sure I was not even driving during the supposed time of infraction. I then decided to look up where the South Bay Expressway is.
It turns out it is a freeway going to Mexico where I have never been. I am filing a request for an administrative review but don't hold much hope of winning and certainly not getting my $64.50 back for paying the first fraudulent citation
