I bought 2 tickets for my family to travel from San Diego, CA. USA to Georgetown, GUYANA. On July 2. Travel dates are leaving on Thursday 15 July and returning Wednesday 28 July. Because of military reason, i call the travel agency on Tuesday 13 July and notify them of my cancellation. I was told by Sam i will be charge $100 for each ticket and i have one year to use it. My grand mother is ill and i would like to go visit her. I try call the agency and no one there is helping me. Many times i am on hold for hours and i hang up and call back. The same process all over again. Many times when i talk to someone i give them my name and booking ID number and they put me on hold and never return. Other times i was told to call back in one hour or two hours, when i do, their accounting department is closed and they can't help me.
