I booked the Castleknock Hotel & Country Club five days before I arrive there. But when I arrived there at 10:30pm with my pregnant wife. We were told our booking was not in their system due to their system problem. The night manager Mick Whelan only said sorry and forced us to another two star hotel which is 30mins away in another county by a taxi. After we checked in, we found the room was very cold and the heating was still not working after the staff checked. Without any quilt, we were given several carpet for the cold night.
