I got the call Fast Lane light a few weeks ago, so I called. They told me that I needed to update my billing info, so I did. The woman who I'd given my information to had stated "You're all set, you

I got the call Fast Lane light a few weeks ago, so I called. They told me that I needed to update my billing info, so I did. The woman who I'd given my information to had stated "You're all set, your account will be full by this time tomorrow". A few days later I drove through the fast lane and saw the (other) yellow light (Low Balance) leading me to assume my balance would be renewing shortly as it always does.

Well after a few more days I noticed that the OTHER YELLOW LIGHT (CALL FAST LANE) was back on. I immediately called them to see what was going on and came to find out that the billing info was incorrect (someone made a typo?). I again updated the info and a few more days later the light went back to green but I came home today to a STACK of seven violations ($50x7) which they now want me to not only appeal but also pay a $5 administrative fee for each appeal.
