We booked a hotel with HOTELS VISION we paid via card full amount. They confirmed via e mail and sent us an invoice and accomodation voucher via e mail.
On arrival at our hotel we were told there was no booking made and they did not know of the agents.
We tried to phone using the numbers we found on our voucher for support (018777783472) and it just says number not in use.
On arrival back home we have tried to get in touch via web site and e mail no response.
