To All Concerned Travelers,
I have been a guest with the Embassy Suites Hotel Portland Airport for the last few years. I have watched them go from a Five Star Hotel to a NO STAR Hotel.in my last few visits I have been very dissatisfied. My most recent visit has brought my company to find a different meeting hotel. When my company checked in my room was out of toilet paper and when I informed the front desk the response was with a giggle we are always out of toilet paper and I apologize but the cutbacks have cost us not to order as much and with a giggle I was told maybe we should start informing our guests to bring their own. I was at a lost for words. On my way down to our company meeting I overheard a gentlemen in a suit saying he was having a bad day and that he did not want to be there and to do what he said because employees are easy to replace. I asked around to find out who this man was and was informed he was the Director of Housekeeping named Udo. Shame on him. Thank You.
