We purchased a pair of round trip tickets from SFO to Rome via Sales Rep Dan (ex. 211) on 8/12 @ price of $2150. When I received the E-signed document, there were $26/person airport security fees In and out. Which lead the final total $104 more than what Dan quoted us over the phone. I called back and requested an explanation. Dan said he can reduce the total down to $2202 and I agreed.
When I received the e-signing document, I found the flight schedule was not what quoted over the phone on 8/11 then I called again to request correction. Dan said he will make the right correction. So I purchased the tickets on 8/12.
10 days before our departure, I checked on Lufthansa airline reservation but found out the flight schedule was totally incorrect.in stead of transferring flight in Frankfurt to Rome, the schedule showed that we have to transfer 3 times between SFO and Rome. Besides, the flight departure and arrival time were all wrong.
So I called back to EDS and ask for correction again. Dan told me they didn't change the schedule, it was all airline's doing. I then called the airline. The airline representative told me that no one from airline made any change, but EDS booked the ticket on 8/11 and changed it on 8/20.
At the end, after numerous phone calls with EDS and none of them were from EDS to update me with good news, I had to let go those two tickets and repurchased two new set of tickets.
Be very careful with this company. I believe they are making felony business. Now I have to take my case to BBB, and State Attorney Office since credit card company cannot help at all.
