Hotel Employee called "Mark" stolen my receipt by force and he was extremely rude

I wrote an e-mail to the hotel manager "Norma Logan" on November 22nd. I stated the following: I stayed in LA QUINTA INNS, Richard Hills, TX 76118 from 19th to 22nd November. On the day of the checkout, there was a checkout receipt delivered to my room and slipped under the door, the amount was $206, however I paid online $273.78. I went to the front desk at 5.00 am to the hotel's employee called "Mark" I showed him the receipt. He took the receipt and said the amount was a mistake and refused to returm my receipt, and he never expained the basis of the two different charges. I stated that this receipt belong to me even it was the wrong amount. He shouted at me in front of my wife and son and called me "ass" at this point I was extremely angry because he has stolen my document by force and he was very rude. I waved the Newspaper in his direction and left the hotel to catch my flight at Fortworth Airport. This "Mark" called the police and asked my two sons to leave immediately at 6.30 am and before noon"the checkout time". Norma Logan "the hotel manager" e-mail me and stated " I am sorry about what took place, Sorry that I was not here to help you. Juanita in the front desk sent your son a 0.00 balance receive. I have also sent a copy of your e-mail to the owner of the hotel". At this point I would like to know what action was taken if any since I did not receive any reply from the owner of the hotel.
