Emirates Airlines splitting up our family!

I've been quite a long time Emirates client, and am composing with regards to some really troubling scenario that I'm presently coping with.

In April of the year, I reserved seats for my spouse, myself and our 1 year old (bassinet chair) on the trip from JFK - COK via DXB. The reservation code is HYU27W. I particularly requested for and was designated the next chairs ALONG WITH A BASSINET CHAIR:

EK 202 - 23F, 23G and bassinet

EK 532 - 27F, 27G and bassinet

EK 533 - 27F, 27G and bassinet

EK 201 - 23F, 23G and bassinet

I'm today being informed that following a jet change, you will find no further any bassinet seats available and our chairs appear to have been reassigned to another person. There's simply no means I'm touring with this trip with no bassinet chair, particularly since I have arranged this in April and that I have previously taken care of it! I named the 24 hour customer support point 3 times explaining the problem. Every time I had been informed that somebody might contact me back 24 hours later having a quality but every time no body has called me back. I'm informed that Emirates has merely go out of bassinet room.

That Is completely unacceptable. I've sailed on Emirates often previously. Our grandparents will also be with this trip and also have sailed on Emirates often previously. I'm Astar Alliance Platinum member and journey between your US and Japan more than 15 times annually. I'm shocked in the customer support I've obtained. The Emirates I understand includes a wonderful status for quality and that's why I'm surprised as of this type of therapy.

To create things worse, I'm informed that bassinet chairs can be found about the trip, but just on Business-Class - why not only place us about the business-class chairs?!?!?! Easily am not able to get yourself a bassinet chair with this flight I'll need to guide myself, my spouse, my child and our two grandparents at business-class admission costs with another airline on Dec 17th anyhow.
