I bought 6 chairs at Pier One two years ago. Three of the chairs broke down in the seat area starting at the very back.
Customer service told me at first they whould give me a credit on each chair— tthen another time said they would give a credit on 3 chairs or possibly 6 replacement chairs— Then I received a phone call from Don the customer service representative who told me that I should pick up the chairs and that I would receive nothing from the store. What a dishonest company.
