My spouse had a need to travel quickly to her desperate mom. We arranged a trip about 6 PM PDT on 5/9/07 on Cheapoair's site. Overall price $1,276.20.
We received a contact and named Cheapoairis quantity 212-478-0335 to supply verification at ~8 PM PDT after which again at ~11 PM PDT to request if anything was okay. I had been certain anything was ok and my wife’s reservation was okay. No body actually contact us.
We get to the Sacramento airport 6:30 AM on 5/10/07 and Usa couldn't take my wife’s reservation, there is no solution number. The United broker attempted to contact Usairways and Saber. They might not look for a solution number.
I drained to contact Cheapoairis quantity 212-478-0335 for aid. I left a crisis communication. I talked to 2 distinct brokers but was stop following a couple of minutes to be on-hold while they investigated. I attempted to obtain thru from 6:45 AM till boarding time ~8 AM. We never received a call-back.
At 8 AM we quit and get a solution from Usa, price ~, 500.
I've not obtained an answer to e-mail delivered or telephone messages since.
We expected Cheapoair to paid the distinction. No answer emails or written demand.
We arranged with Cheapoair previously, never again.
