I bought an airline ticket via the website in August. I was quoted $257.50.instead the company withdraw $293.50 from my checking account causing my account to go overdraft with the resultant overdraft fee of $29.00 being charged.
I contacted the company informing them of the situation. They asked me to fax the necessary supporting documents showing the overcharge abd the overdraft fee, which I did.
Unfortunately, since I submitted the documents I have followed that with several calls only to be told that the person in charge of my complaint is out of the office. This has been the scenario since I bought the tickets back in August. I intend to complain them to the Attorney General of Texas.
All I want is the amount over the actual charge and the overdraft fee I paid to my bank.
