To whom it problem, i'd like to tell you of my experience when flying with klm to houstonon transportation to belize. We arrived in houston (george bush airport) to become met with lengthy immigration outlines, we just had 1hour and 30 mins to have through the lines and collect your bags and sign in and undergo customs and obtain visit next trip. I unfortuatly completed our esta incorrect so got taken into immigration and concern but afterwards relaised (30mins afterwards) to which we missed our trip. Im not blaming your business for my mistake which was off my very own error, but below is why im contacting you. We visited klm check-in table to get another trip and we did 24 hours later which we loved greatly but with 2 kids along with a small adult and my home it had been very horrible experience. I expected them to help me find some where near to stay when i don't know the nation and also the gentelman behinde the table generously released me having a hotel voucher (americans cost effective resort) to remain, i visited the shuttel table that the one who released the voucher stated i'd obtain a free shuttle to, the person behinde the desk said they dont do shuttels to i requested may i obtain a cab he explained yes whats the tackle offered him the voucher and he looked over it called them for me personally. I obtained the address and away i visited the hotel whenever we all came very exhausted starving and hot and 62 bucks to have there to discover that wasent the lodge i had been super angry. I then asked the woman behinde the workplace if she may help me think it is i-phone the inn help-line and they gave me the address and away we went again 50 bucks now to make it happen. Then next morning the owner said he dosent cope with urselfs however it was his error for letting us remain. Therefore then i'd to make it to the airport taxi 54 bucks. It had been avery costly encounter that i didnt need with young children and want some compensation for.
