In September I visited to Houston, Texas. I created all my preparations through Travelocity. I arranged my routes, resort and exchanges through them. The only real shuttle service provided was Tremendous Taxi, and so I reserved exchanges equally in the airport to my resort on September 11 and from my resort back again to the airport on September 13. Anything was prepaid, and that I published out both of my deals for Super Taxi exchanges. I reached Houstonis George Bush Intercontinental Airport on September 11 and after showing my prepaid exchange voucher was taken up to my hotel. Very little was believed to me about there being any issue. Actually, there have been additional guests within the taxi truck who have been heading even more away than I had been. I had been the very first traveler slipped down.
After I called Very Taxi on September 12 to determine what period they'd pickmeup the following day, the lady who responded the telephone in the beginning stated she'd no report of my reservation, despite the fact that I supplied her with my verification number, that was Verification #: 633601636 & 633601637. She subsequently educated me that she was sorry but that I had been "out-of their region." Following a second of surprise, I advised her that used to donot observe how which was feasible, as her very own organization had simply moved me towards the same resort only one time earlier. She simply kept stating that I had beennot within their region and there was nothing she might do. I had been really annoyed, obviously, and questioned why, then, they'd approved my cash when they did not intend to recognize the implied agreement. After appearing somewhat frustrated, she ultimately explained, "nicely, allow me discover what I will do." She set me on-hold and not returned. I waited on-hold for fifteen minutes, then eventually quit. I'd to set up for and purchase alternative way to return to the airport.
On September 17, I delivered a contact to Very Taxi relating all the above. I received simply no reaction whatsoever. Obviously, I'm mad and certainly will never make use of this organization again. I highly encourage one to recommend anybody questioning about that support to appear elsewhere, and that I may inform everybody I understand not to use Super Shuttle. Thanks.
