Hampton Inn
Illegal Eviction-Management Abuse

On May-23, my spouse and that I examined into the Hampton Inn, and visited rest at about 7PM At approximately. 9PM, we were awakened from the "short-term" Resort Administrator, Juanita Hatcher, followed closely by 6 Twin Falls Cops, who required accessibility to find the area. We were informed there have been "numerous" grievances of the "pot" odor originating from our space.

Upon evaluating people and looking the area, Law Enforcement confirmed there is no such exercise happening at that time, and sometimes even lately, or we'd have now been caught quickly. Ms. Hatcher turned loud, sexy and rude and required that despite the fact that we were identified harmless by 6 skilled police force officials, (who've substantial learning discovering substance action), that people be evicted anyway, without due cause.

Law Enforcement told us when the "short-term" Supervisor needed us out, we ought to abandon or be imprisoned. We were illegally evicted under Idaho State-Law, as there is no trigger, as clearly described by Condition Innkeeper Regulations, and Ms. Hatcher employed her individual and informal connection using the nearby authorities to impose her illegal foreclosure.

No correct Corporate or Authorized methods were adopted.

Numerous issues towards the Hampton Inn and Hilton customer support have gone unanswered, except we were informed that because we weren't billed for that evening, the event is closed.

The "temporary" supervisor, Juanita Hatcher (who quickly analyzed Criminal Justice in University), believed himself more competent compared to Twin Falls Police Office in evaluating the situation, wasn't effectively educated for this situation, and served with overzealous violence and emotional action against us, which broke both state-law, and Hilton Corporate Plan and Methods.

Her company must have been already conscious that she wasn't certified or educated to do something as "Momentary Supervisor" within the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend.

It was inexcusable, and we're contemplating severe civil action against Hilton, for neglect, with planned intention to cause damage.

Hampton Inn and Hilton's rejection to deal with this matter-are simply creating us angrier... And WE'RE NOT JUST LIKELY TO DISAPPEAR
