Took their tour, which was OK. The place was very nice. The prices they ask for vacation ownership (time share) are HUGE but we didn't buy, so that didn't hurt. The tour took longer than the 90 minutes the promised. The real irritation was they promised a certificate for a free night's stay in Hampton Inn. I did everything perfectly by the letter, stayed a night at a Hampton, and then got an INVALID claim status back from them. The problem? The person who filled out the voucher conveniently forgot to fill in the box where they should have listed the date we took the tour. How classy! Give a voucher but screw it up on purpose so that it's worthless. I previously thought the Hilton organization had some class, but apparently not. No more Hilton for me—for the price of a night at a Hampton they'll never see me again.
So if you fall for their tour and they offer you some freebies, watch carefully because they will rip you off.
