I would like to create a criticism about FAKE AD from the Hilton string. The Hilton consultant has 100% declined to provide us our money-back following a most dissatisfactory stay in a Hampton Inn & Suites Modesto-Salida. We're processing a civil suit, along side publishing critiques on every resort review website that may be discovered, in addition to creating a proper problem towards the BBB itself! This really is undesirable
Dual-charged us despite the fact that we mentioned many times we were spending in money (required per week to obtain the charge-off our charge card), compaint about toilet lover no longer working was ignored, $HITTY customer support, resort supervisor was possibly not provided our numerous communications (or ignored them unitl corporate named), mattress had no pillowtop (therefore we rested along with the blanket), meals at breakfast was moldy & outdated, and we have been ignored/dismissed/transfer. Red/hung-up on by many Hampton/Hilton repetitions via mail & telephone discussions (that I preserved and drenched). Worker talked to us in Spanish directly after we created a compaint concerning the monetary mistake, and he or she declined to inform people what she said. We were locked-out of our space (despite being dual-billed) and our issues were been through.
So we now have to invest time evaluating resort prices/features when creating our journey ideas, once the only resort we'd actually remained at was the Hampton. This case becomes my belly, and it is (not?) expected from such a snob / large-status-of-itself company. UGH!!! 100% Satisfaction NOT Guaranteed!
