My family booked a vacation with Zapotel in Mexico. We were planning on going in May but had to change plans due to the swine flu. There is no phone number or customer service email to assist you. I tried to contact this company but it is impossible. When I called the hotel directly I learned that I did NOT have any reservation. Zapotel takes your money and hides. That is all they do. This Company should be shut down.
