They took my money and ran, ripoff

Mexicoresortaccess.com "Rip Me Off" I had plans to take a long awaited vacation with my husband and kids which we booked thru mexicoresortaccess.com.

Knowing we have booked our hotel thru this company, we went ahead and purchased our airline tickets to mexico thru cheap tickets. Once everything was booked, 2 weeks before our trip, we get an email from a rep from the company Mexico Resort Access reporting that the hotel we have confirmed and booked thru is now not available.

We called the hotel, and they claim that their is plenty of rooms available, but they never recieved reservations for us and that they never heard of this company.

In the email, they also tried to sell us another package, which was more expensive, and in another part of mexico. Far from where our flights are booked to.

We have asked to refund our money, but still have not got a response. We also called them a number of times with no luck. We have left messages, emails, etc, but still nothing.

Since day one with this company, its been problems.
We hope no one else goes thru this.
