Poor service

I arranged an entire visit to Reno for that USBC Bowling event through journey reservations.com I required a low-smoking area. I named journey concerns about 3 months prior to the visit to guarantee anything was prepared and was informed all routes and also the resort were prepared for all of US. We reached the airport 2 hours in advance as required from the airlines simply to discover our trip have been terminated over per month before. American Airlines said they'd arranged us on the trip 2 hours earlier, but we weren't informed by possibly the flight or vacation concerns. We used 11 hours within the airports and on planes to get a 3 1-2 hour journey. Whenever we eventually reached the resort, we were informed there have been no low-smoking areas. After I stated I'd created the concerns 8 weeks before their reaction was they possibly did possess a low-smoking area then. Exactly what the heck does which means that???
