In January I arranged a visit towards the Bahamas through Gloria Holmgren. The journey was planned for mid-may and that I never obtained written verification of the journey specifics, merely a spoken guarantee that I'd get the journey files the moment she'd them. She named me per week 5 prior to the visit to inform me the resort was over-reserved which I'd to alter my times or change hotels but could be given a totally free visit to pay for that trouble. I thought we would reschedule for July and again required written verification, however just obtained verbal confirmation the journey was reserved. Per month prior to the journey I started calling & contacting her frequently to obtain the journey specifics but she declined to react to me. I examined using the resort: I'd never been reserved for that unique journey in May and was not reserved for that rescheduled journey in July both. She ultimately replied to a contact I delivered that described I'd voiced towards the resort and stated she'd possess the verification in my experience in a subject of times. Months later I've nothing, the resort re confirmed that she's not reserved the trip and that Iam significantly less than 48-hours from my intended journey. She nevertheless won't return my telephone calls or e-mails challenging a reimbursement and so I will soon be seeking appropriate action.
